So this new startup: http://l.aunch.us/kGAb claims to be able to maximize your fit in the workplace by analyzing your personality and strengths and comparing them to a database of companies. My knowledge of psychology is minimal, but I figure there's no harm in trying it out. If this pans out, being an early adopter couldn't hurt.

The Tom Tom Foundation is currently in Downtown Charlottesville, Virginia for UVa's Founder's weekend: http://www.tomtomfest.com/ This Tom Tom Founders Festival is helping "catalyze Charlottesville as a creative hub for innovative ideas, artists, & businesses." If you're in town, definitely come out. If I had more time on my hands, I'd be there all weekend.
