    Business Development Associate

    Our Business Development Associate is responsible for working with clients and potential clients to advise on our current technologies, programs and promotions. You will inquire about client needs and report those needs to our technology team. In addition, you will update our company client database and work with our marketing team to ensure up to date information across groups. You will be required to prospect new accounts, make cold calls, gather company information, seek out company decision makers, generate interest, determine the need for technology products and services, and schedule appointments. Follow up responsibilities entail entering this information into a sales automation program and perform scheduling follow up as required. Additional responsibilities include assisting with campaign support; driving traffic, setup and preparation, registration, and follow-up activities.

    Kumbuya is looking for a WordPress designer to help us upgrade several sites, and begin building several others. You need to have in-depth knowledge of WordPress, API’s, plug-ins, theming and customizations. In addition, ability to create your design work to improve site appearance with banners, buttons or other items is an important criteria determining your success at this position. WordPress designers can work remotely as long as they are able to meet deadlines.

    Requirements:

    - Extensive experience with WordPress CMS, including API, widgets, theming and plug-in development
    - At least 3 years of experience working with HTML and CSS that supports multiple browsers
    - At least 1 year of experience in advanced HTML5/CSS3 and responsive design techniques
